How I protected myself from Mental Health abuse in the future?

Legal Dictation: This is a Interpersonal and legal argument my family asked me not to argue. That is full disclosure.

I consider the Deroy, McGraw and Hill family to be mental health regressive. Up to and including practices of Rape culture. If they were not. Why didn’t someone give me an Autism book? The answer is Gay bash & the answer is they don’t trust me. I am returning that favor.

As a result. This is an order. If these families submit someone for assessment without consent they are hiding traumatic abuse for their purposes of self-protection and are to be charged with mental health abuse & assault.

Seek help guys! I am not screwing around anymore!

Everyone except Kaylib Drury needs help. Kaylib Drury is the most honest person I know. For all intensive purposes. If Kaylib asked me to, I would own up to abusing them during a Brain Injury because that is how much I love them. To Tracy Carpenter, you outed a Legal God Complex which is not great but I was told I should be grateful because by outing it I won. It gives me back my full Child Abuse Privileges’ that I haven’t used since I was 17. You were unaware that I was the family’s legal ticking time bomb for mental health reform. SURPRISE MOTHER F*****! I am an Intersex ticking time bomb!

Sincerely

Always Kaylib’s

Why I as an atheist I don’t support Secular lawmaking?

Ashton Deroy writes: It was Karl Marx who said, “Religion is the people’s opium.” I kind of had thought Secular lawmaking would be the future of modern Canadian Politics. However, there are definitely more than a few reasons for pause & reflection. Atheists have dominated the governance of a country before, it resulted in the annihilation of multi-culturalism, religious genocide & brutal Tyranny. It is called Communism!

In Canada, Quebec passed a secular law called known as Bill 21. Before this had been executed, Secular lawmaking had been one of those things I thought could revolutionize the way we look at governance. “Oh yeah”, it is revolutionary but for all the wrong reasons.” Religious oppression, cultural oppression & uniformity.

I realize with an approach of secular lawmaking, tyranny is inevitable. You can see it in these Communist Countries when the people stop worshipping their faiths, it creates a vacuum and the state fills that vacuum unexpectedly with Nationalism & state worship. You see this in Joseph Stalin’s 5-year plan of atheism from 1932 to 1937 in Soviet Russia. This lead to religious oppression, re-education, and imprisonment to people who held on firmly to their beliefs.  One might argue with religion in a Nation we add a moral check & balance that we otherwise would not have.

Cultural oppression, in my own words I have said over & over again. You can not treat Uniformity as diversity. I started saying it in my last Hinduja Global Services blog where I said they make a gross negligent attempt to treat all their workers as a uniformed resource and not as people with individual needs who need to exist outside of the system. If that isn’t right in a company, you can bet it is all wrong for a country! Canada is a Pluralist country meaning if we all start looking the same in any kind of capacity. We are doing something very wrong as outlined by our Charter of Human Rights & Freedoms. This does include religious expression and I am fully against the oppression of these rights as someone who loves the charter & thanks it for my ability to exist outside of the marginalized areas of society.

The last part is about uniformity. Now I want to stop talking as a political commentary here and start talking like someone with an appreciation of arts & culture. Religion has inspired clothing & art . It makes our society reflect not just our relentless logical atheists but also the imaginative artists, Christian Philosophers & even our Sihk allies. The problem is this war on religion is also apart of the war on Families & their culture I had previously discussed. Forced uniformity is also a key part of our current Mental Health  Emergency I believe all of North America should be collaborating on. We have stripped away our traditions, identities, & beliefs as practicality! Yet we wonder why we are all miserable? In Belleville I heard a man at Tim Hortons say people in Turbans should not be allowed to vote. It gave me a feeling of such intense anger! This is not Canada and say that racist statement is not Canadian!

At the end of the day, Bill 21 in Quebec is a form of cultural destruction. Quebec has created a national identity and has decided that people in certain professions have no choice but to participate. I believe the fact that Secularism is a big part of Communism should not be so carefully glossed over. It should give us pause & we should question if this is a gradual step in the direction of somewhere we do not want to go. Atheism as enforced by the law kills culture.

What is the collective?

What is collective?

Our domain is DeroyCollective.Family  . Some people are probably wondering what this means. What is collective? Why is that in there? In general I am referring to the collective in my family in regards to family members who use Egalitarian principle thinking. They are within our collective.

Why am I doing this?

Sometimes are family makes marginalizing statements. Especially in regards to Indigenous and French people. This is weird and insane ignorance. As we are pretty sure Deroy is embedded into a French Loyalist history.

I made a T-shirt and I put the brand on it.

Statement and mission:

I am 26 years old, in a  family of Indigenous, French & Loyalist people. It is about time we acted in a manner befitting to our histories. Not with a cultural nihilism and passionless existence. My last name has a meaning to me and when you stop contributing to my addiction issues and realize >>Profanity censored but intended **** ******* MATTERS! Then maybe we can work our way to a healthy and more deterministic community.

3 pillars of asking your family to be more Progressive.

Ashton Deroy writes: It is okay to have a traditional family. Or even a Conservative family. I will never try to make that argument. I grew up with a father whose parenting style I’d describe as Libertarian and a mother’s parenting style that was a mix of traditional liberal and discipline for applying focus in learning the language.

Just like parents set the culture for you when you are younger. You have to sustain or provide a new culture for them as they get older. One of the things I am passionate about is my values for Socialism and equal society. The value associated with that just seems a more appropriate strategy for survival and maintaining a community-style culture. There is also a load of included Sustainability values which are a bonus in an era where we really want to care about this type of thing.

Pillar 1 – You have to come out.

I don’t even necessarily mean come out of the closet but yes that helps to. You have to also say where your values are and be true to yourself. One of the things I had to draw a line in the sand with regards to other relatives related to me was respect for how my sister was dressing. I have Socialist feminist values in regard to dignity and standards for which you treat others. I had felt that wasn’t being respected or acknowledged.( My sister’s self esteem seemed obliterated. Not fun to see. She should speak of her feelings if she finds the urge. Or be private if she chooses.) I have an opinion as a “Progressive”.

Pillar 2 – Compromise and collaborate.

I have a fairly flexible tolerance for humor. However, I will state when something passes the offensive or cringe place with me. I am autistic and I will admit it can contribute to being a bit over sensitive. However, my Dad and I can agree sometimes that we find Bob’s Burgers more watchable than Family Guy.

Pillar 3 – Set boundaries.

Materialistic & possessive values really get on my nerves!

Yet for some reason, I had the patience to get a Business Diploma at Loyalist College. A school where everyone but I skipped the Sustainability &  Social Responsibility class.

After school though I say my highly progressive values from High School just cracked through a foggy glass. The Liberal Capitalist ideology associated with me thinking Donald Trump was cool, was being replaced by the ideological Social Democrat values that were truer to myself. If someone hits me with difficult materialistic value messages in Facebook messenger my brain goes into defensive mode, It says”we’ve been in that mindset and we hated it!”.

I have no issue with grind or sustainable upward economic mobility. Never think that about me. I do have a problem with the unadvanced ideals of the hacking beyond needing to work through Capitalism, socialism, or marriage. Working builds character & advances the community as a whole. It should only be avoided if absolutely necessary.

I have a big issue with a common example of an interpersonal moral/economic debate which is marrying for wealth debates. Hypothetical conversations on the pursuit of marriage as a means for achieving wealth. (I hate these conversations They are way too regressive.) I don’t encourage “Cinderella syndrome”. 2 reasons for that. I believe in equal collaborative marriages & I believe in long term dating.  (Sometimes it is okay if you don’t contribute to the wedding industry as a generation.)

My answer to the Argument:

I morally oppose the execution of marriage for the sole purpose of upward Economic mobility.  It conflicts with personal psychological values around intimacy. As well as contributes to poor cohabitation strategies. Ultimately it seems like people in these marriages for wealth arrangements have separate understandings of the marriage than their partner. It just seems wrong and unhealthy in so many ways to be greedy in pursuit of love.

With my message to friends and family.

If Materialistic conversations come up. Or valuing one’s self-based on material possessions. e.g. Owning a house, owning a car & buying a brand named fashion. I keep saying I am utilitarian I just want to manage resources for the common good. Honestly, that has been my self reason to say stuff like “stop smoking!” &  Learn College level math and Business functions. Unfortunately, if someone is too materialistic or too much of an economic Capitalist. We will likely culturally clash.

Conclusion.

If you read this. Or If you are a Millenial. Then you are likely a weird classical Libertarian or a Socialist to have any kind of interest in my page. Or you are a frequent reader, stoner or weirded out relative. I don’t care… Send me a message. Be civil please but send a message. I know some of our readers will always be closet progressives or Socialists/Social Reformists. Just know I hold you all in equal regard & value to the community. Our ideas of equality are a bit ridiculed but I have faith in a more progressive and advanced society.

Remove over emphasis on independence from feminism.

Ashton Deroy writes: “Feminism is about self-empowerment.” Says every capitalist Liberal/Libertarian feminist ever. It is wrong, it is an error in judgement that doesn’t fix the problem. Why isn’t feminism about teaching cooperative relationships both professionally and intimately? Why doesn’t feminism care more about the mental health crisis of loneliness? The answer is it does.

We just have to step away from the Capitalist mass produced feminism. The kind that allows Corporate brand Liberalism which you see in Belleville Ontario for corporations to be able to fire a woman for taking care of her father/family. The kind of feminism that serves a purpose only as a placeholder for regression and losing the rights women of the past fought so hard for. Feminism has to include democratic collectivism, unified theory and the ability to condemn Businesses & people who don’t follow the new order.

We can’t settle for Market feminism. It does not work! How can it be feminism if the women who want to participate can’t invite their boyfriends to join the revolutionary culture? It does not work. How can we allow for feminism without political purpose? It does not work. It defeats the idea entirely. We aren’t creating a system of equality. We are creating a Capitalist system that allows a woman to be oppressed the same as a man, which is not the point!

Feminism must be inclusive, egalitarian. It must fight for economic environmental justice. Anything else is not going to work. No one wants Hilary Clinton’s version of Liberal feminism anymore. We need something better! We need something that shakes the earth beneath us.

Hello Sara Reindel / Jango Property Management, This is to you. However I have included witnesses Including Jamie Macari, my brother Kyle Deroy & my father Randy Deroy.
I just want to express my feelings about this house which are completely valid & within reason to express as a matter of poor customer service & negligence! Let us start out as a matter of trust. I am not even sure you are real! I have never met you, we have never talked on the phone & everything you do is in Jamie’s best interests! Not the interest of your company, the tenants  or even your income. Not to mention the fact you don’t even give consideration to your legal obligations.
Secondly, I have had the pleasure of seeing some of your emails with ***** (Censored for individual protection)!. What is wrong with you? If you are Sara Reindel then I have reasonable belief to understand you are a woman. How dare you let a woman be mistreated so badly in a home you manage?! I am disgusted! I am appalled! There is no excuse for this! Violence even in the realm of harassment against women is a serious matter that you as a woman should have taken seriously. You should of stepped in personally to deal with it and make sure she was okay.
Lastly I want you to think carefully about what you say next to me. I am prepared to stand by what I said and did 100%. Are you able to? People are reading everything in regards to this, including the harassment sheet Jamie wrote to me whining about my effects on his health. It was a classic attempt at table turning and I am too smart for this kind of game. There is 1 victim in this house! 1 VICTIM AND IT IS NEITHER OF THE MEN WHO USED TRAIN IN WRESTLING! (Meaning Jamie & I) 1 VICTIM IN THIS HOME AND WE CALL HER ***** (Censored for individual protection)
Do me a favor and commit yourself long and hard to some serious thought & reflection before you reply. I am deeply analytical, highly intelligent & very strategic. I am also reasonably upset about things have gone down. The last thing is consider everything on the record including in person conversations. You have no reason to think you can have any off record chats with me whatsoever.

No one who doesn’t understand Codependence can call themselves a “feminist”.

Codependency

Ashton Deroy writes: It may surprise you to hear but before definitively selecting Socialist Feminism over Liberal Feminism. I saw a key difference in the ideologies. One of them supports a very individualistic approach to feminism. The other (Socialist Feminism) puts family solidarity at the forefront. I am Canadian so in many ways, I grew up with a bias for Liberal Feminism. However, as I got older and tried to define my Liberal Identity. I realized I was identifying in something without principles.

Socialist Feminism understands the reality that many women will have a higher quality of life if they are married, cohabitate & have adequate rights in the workforce. These concepts are part of why France has a 35-hour workweek. I also saw room to understand in Feminism for the 99% by Cinzia Arruzza that many women develop economic dependence that makes them overly rely on a partner. This leaves room to understand the concept of Codependence in Socialist Feminist theory.

What is codependence? To me, Codependence is a behavior that enables poor mental health, addiction & tyranny. Especially in the context of a relationship. However, let us extend the concept. Many respected voices in the Codependence discussion groups also recognize that Codependence may indeed enable & allow workers’ rights abuses. Codependent people are much more likely to be scammed in a rental agreement & be taken advantage of in other aspects of life. Again Codependence is understood & fits into Socialist Feminist theory, which I find quite incredible.

I feel no one who calls themselves a feminist can proceed to fail to understand what codependency is. How can we claim to boost the human rights of the many without understanding this very common problem, that quite frankly sets our cause back? The answer is we can’t. The biggest problem I have with Liberal Feminism is it fails to address how this issue sets progressive feminism. How could feminism move forward under the guidance of a bunch of people pleasers?

The answer is, it can’t! “I’ll have my rights if you let me.” Said the cry of women everywhere who can’t escape an exploitative boss, an abusive housing arrangement & regular exposure to sexual harassment. However, even when women do stand up for themselves. It is not like we as a society have a whole lot of practice listening. I always go back to the colleague I had who was Sexually harrassed at Hinduja Global Solutions but was forced to sit next to her harasser through arranged seating. A concept I advocated that the company should lose the privilege to coordinate.

You may find yourself wondering… How can feminism be set back with all the progress in our legal system? Well in Feminism for the 99% they talk about how Liberal Feminism is very accessible to the wealthy who can hire a lawyer but inaccessible to everyone else. I also argue that advocating femism requires a bit of backbone that Codependent people are not going to necessarily put in. Should that stop women of all backgrounds from receiving their rights though? I’d argue we need to make more pathways to allow people like me to stand up for people of all backgrounds to allow me to take the transferred risk and say “How you are treating this person is wrong & you need to stop!” Maybe I can do that through my writing. Maybe I need to demand to be able to do more.

No one who doesn’t understand Condependence can call themselves a “feminist”. You just don’t understand what is affecting the cause without understanding this enabling tyrannical behavior in spouses, jobs & housing. To make any solid 100% complete feminist theory. We must stop & have a conversation about codependence with its relationship to feminism. We also have to recognize more family focussed & independent views on feminism. There is no reason those concepts can’t be combined for a more unified theory.

Dropping Socialist rhetoric for a second. Obviously, I support Mixed Economies.

Capitalism is not doomed

Ashton Deroy writes: Rhetoric to me is speaking creatively with an image we’ve created for ourselves. I am not some Russian loving Commy though. I call myself a Socialist, but I wasn’t the first person to call myself that. It was an insult that was thrown at me by a Conservative relative! I just happened to find out Socialism has been the backbone to every major Civil rights movement in North America. Also, Socialist feminism was the best alternative to feminine alienation. The destruction of the Unions has meant we have actually begun slipping from the prosperity of capitalism to the poor workers’.

However, objectively speaking. I think we all should know the answer is not a purely Socialist system or a purely capitalist system. The answer if we are going to sustain our economies & communities has to be a middle ground. This is where? You take some ideas from Socialism for example geared by income housing, Universal Healthcare & democratization of the workplace. While also keeping aspects of Capitalism such as private ownership, gains on investment & profit. The point is you intelligently design a system with both of these things & that is where the answer lays.

I will continue to call myself a Socialist though. Sorry to say this but I think Socialism gets an overly bad spin in North America. I am genuinely offended by the waive of anti-socialist sentiment by certain Conservatives. You need to realize our world needs both of our ideologies & Capitalism without Socialism is slavery. Socialism without Capitalism can be tyranny.

Shout out to my Step Brother Matt Clarke who I ran Liberty Brothers with. He is a Libertarian Conservative & an ex NDP voter. He & I had a falling out over Politics. He had been a PPC supporter & I was a Liberal. Somehow with me becoming an NDP supporter & him going Conservative though we have been able to find more common ground.

Is #MeToo culture really that inclusive?

feminism not misandry

This is a conversational blog written on deep personal experience & belief.

Ashton Deroy Writes: This may be hard to believe. However, sometimes the last thing a woman wants after being sexually assaulted, sexually harassed & or victimized in any way is to join a man-hater club. So she talks to her gay autistic friend who has been a sexual assault victim themselves. I don’t know why? However after explaining my story I have had women share their stories even after thinking how the mainstream media went about things with #MeToo was sensationalist. Let us not forget some of the movement has been used to prop up false allegations.

To expand #MeToo and a lot of other internet feminist movements are largely movements of misandry. What do you want me to say? Some straight women have a hard time getting on board with the idealistic gendercide views carried by the pro-matriarchal voice.  Why confide to me then? My ideology of socialist feminism is more respectful to men and women, I experienced sexual assault, & I use an unheard voice in the MeToo movement. These are the reasons I think some people would rather come out and tell their story to me. Not to the #MeToo movement.

What happened to me where women who had never talked about their sexual assault to other women because they did not want to join that cause? I largely credit my ideology in feminist thought. Why else would these women choose me as their first coming out contact rather than other affected women? Many of the talking points I use are my own individual thoughts, the rest are usually based on Socialist Feminism. I do not deny this anymore. I subscribe to a more inclusive ideology that works from common ground perspectives. Socialist feminism not only acknowledges hypergamy or women assuming the wealth class of their husbands. It also aims to create opportunities which eliminate the need for this. #MeToo feminism as a comparison is just a Public Relations sensation spectacle of women trying to take down men (Sometimes in false accusation to promote a left-wing agenda as seen in the 2019 Ontario Election with then Conservative leader.) d

The other reason women come out to me is I openly state I experienced sexual assault. My story isn’t pretty either. It involves a second cousin who I’d later find out had gotten me & my sibling (Although my sibling has repressed a lot). This helps them to talk about really harmful repressed things. I think a male talking about being the victim of sexual assault is actually a big deal and more helpful to females who experienced it as well but didn’t look to demonize all men.

Lastly, I often refer to the unheard voice of the #MeToo movement. That is disabled people. Autistic people & people with other disabilities are sexual assault victims all the time. However, in my opinion, they are not being heard, more needs to be done to address these in both households, long term care & social services. I remember when I was up n North Bay helping disabled friends with their living situation, one of them confessed to being molested by a C.A.S. worker. This needs to be acknowledged and preventative measures must be taken.

Listen to my point here it is there are many impractical ways to go about feminism #MeToo is just one impractical Public Relations way. It does not help the cause to integrate misandry & therefore divide the beliefs on gender. From a victim’s perspective it seems like if they come forward they have to start hating all men!  Personally, I believe Socialist feminism must be a model propped up to lead us going forward. The academic models will never work as well as the pro-worker & opportunity model. Also, as a last conclusion, I hate being the guy to tell a woman who still wants rewarding relationships with men that it is okay to call herself a feminist! That really is not the point of this movement. I was brought in by female leaders of thoughts & opinion. I would like it if that was still what brought women into feminism today.
