Democratic Capitalist Rules of the Co-op:
Democratic Capitalist Rules of the Co-op:
Change is coming and it is Democratic economic manipulation. To be exact.
Trade-off principal organizing – If we don’t go in from the outside. The company higher the wage from the inside. We will leverage this for a living wage. We will leverage this for privileges. Each of us will decide if the company can make us individually happy, if not you email Ashtonderoy@gmail.com and we anonymously blow whistles strategically.
We are organizing:
Call center conversations are happening around the world. It is affecting our politics, it is affecting the culture of our communities and making us all equally miserable. That is misery we have all equally shared. Let’s hold a vote, Democrats. Let’s do some Social decency reform if you are interested. I have some ideas. There is no you vs me. There is only a manifesting Democratic unity.
These are going to be reveals of sexism, lacking inclusion, and poor displays of compassion. The unfortunate part is if I actualize in both of these employment scenarios. That actually wasn’t something I went through in these environments. Don’t get me wrong. I think they should implement aLiving Wage. I was just treated humanely at these companies if I reflect honestly.
Democratic call centerpieces:
Define efficiency company– Toxic efficiency is achieved when companies’ interests are prioritized much too high over community and Sustainability interests.
Here is how we get our answer? This is more speculative than anything right now but I would genuinely like a number. Here is how we get it. We add up the cost of the social assistance received by the employees’ post-call center employment. We add that up for the duration they receive the assistance.
Not just talk, eventually, we are going to get reports. Conversations are going to be had. We are going to continue to be informed and this will be dealt with. You see what I think Socialists? I think this is another version of the Wal-Mart Food stamp problem in the U.S.A. I think we have jobs that worsen social wellbeing rather than improve for the sake of the utility of the community.
Still, think a Conservative is going to balance the budget & economy humanely? Give me a break!
Here is an idea:
Means for improvement:
Or fire, lay off and etc. Then you will have more people sending call center’s dirtiest secrets to Ashtonderoy@gmail.com and the community will continue to have these very real engagements on issues.
If you are a narc in a suit. Here are what your employees are thinking about. That is the risk we take being open to everyone. We definitely get special visits occasionally. Peace bro!
“Why should I be expected to work outside bussing hours?” Anonymous
Again these are all done from in-person conversations. This is part of what needs to be written down in confidence today.
That is worth considering? Without making a living wage. Is it justifiable to expect your employees to have the utility of a vehicle? Then on that note is it a realistic expense? The truth is not always no. If your work contributes no effort to help workers organize carpools. I consider it down right negligent and completely unsustainable.
“My boss belittles my serious concerns in front of everyone.” Anonymous
This is unfortunate. Your boss is attempting to display dominance by taking out either what they perceive as a strong individual or a weak individual. It is a common trait in toxic competitive people. Sadly with efficiency environments, you open space to create a culture of the proven value of Utility. “I got this result so I deserve to be here today.” In Business School I personally felt this was an organizational culture worth talking about.
That is it for the Democratic call center.
I summarize real concerns from real people. Ex call center workers I hope we are being safe. Protesting peacefully and being dignified. Never forget in Communications lays a culture of highly Democratic people.
Ever wondered how Star Tek will be deemed a total loss in years to come? What do you think are their biggest struggles if they choose to continue their existence? Well in Business education. They do teach you something you can reference to make this judgment.
It is called…
Conclusion: This democratic approach to Telecom has been a long time passion of mine. I worked in a group of outsourcers where I was like… “I can’t believe they are allowed to operate with this complete laisse fair negligence. Negligence wasn’t just consequential to their corporate cultures but also toxic to our communities. I am Ashton Deroy, I am a Business Graduate from Loyalist College and a Digital Marketing graduate from St. Lawrence College. I didn’t finish school to find myself in a degrading position that worsens my finances, health, and overall wellbeing. No one else should get that experience through the realm of a job at a desk in telecom. This isn’t sustainable and we need to have a Stakeholder theory-based conversation about it.

Description of the video:
The fridge & food metaphor: I am using this to explain how uncontrolled rent & rising costs to live are interdependent to a work to prosperity Economic model. If the work for the Prosperity model dies, then with it dies the culture of ambitious workers. You just have people concerned with owning the means of production. Nobody will want to support it. Think of it as highly volatile and overly idealistic capitalism.
There is no worker shortage. Just an entirely lacking work to prosperity Economic model.
To: Workers of the call center world.
I truly believe if you follow these steps. We can truly have a positive lasting impact on the culture and community around call centers in the eyes of the workers. In the past, I may have been grosser or even disturbing with my methods. In this post, we are focussing on a cool, calm & collected approach to the democratization of call centers.
Reference: Economic principals. in the case of this document, we are referring to the process of organizing worker communication resources and leveraging that for a Trade-off negotiation that hopefully one day brings these jobs to liveable wages. Or results in a worsened unsustainable economic alienation of the call centers.
What isn’t included, but should still be considered?
Issues with companies mentioned:
When you can’t speak up properly internally? You have to blow the whistle from the outside. Let’s face it. These centers will not be in our communities forever anyways. There is no reason in the meantime that we can not ask them to do more for our people while they are here.
For more on the evils of call centers. Read their Indeed pages…. A lot of it is surprisingly accurate and not internet trolling. I am just saying!
Believe it or not, this book will have a key element in my website’s Branding strategy. I just do not give a F*ck!
Okay so my websites clearly use https://logomakr.com/ for graphics, but I never claimed to be a Graphic Designer.
Okay, so the Social Media content isn’t consistent. I never claimed that my theories found that essential.
What have I claimed to be? Community Manager, Customer service representative, A Salesperson, a Writer, a Socialist, Social Reformer, Liberal Socialist, a content writer & A Business Planner.
That is the first reason why my website doesn’t suck. Yeah I am not some amazing artist (I have done art I am proud of.) I am engaging and I do write provocatively.
The second reason my websites don’t suck!
We get most of our traffic from our Belleville Ontario tag! Meaning I know I am inspiring and engaging with bright Community College minds like me, my Uncle & my brother. I think Community values are the biggest benefit of Socialism. We hold deep value for friendly, equal & civil societies.
The last reason my websites don’t suck!
I have been doing a try & fail applied experimental approach to my website. It takes a while to find your style but we are finally getting into our niche. Yes, we generate more conversations than we do revenue, however, I am building a community I am truly learning to care for. Hence the reason I got Suicide Prevention training. We had a reader express Suicidal thoughts and I felt unprepared. Now if a reader does that I am trained to transfer her to a professional who can stop their family from experiencing incredible grief.
So sue me! I have a relationship with my readers and I am not a creative lifestyle brand! My Websites don’t suck. Want to upset someone greatly? Make them feel like crap about something they worked really hard on. Just remember human beings are prone to the human responses of emotional volatility. Working at Fido in Customer service in 2019 taught me that much.
Need a website? Let’s interview and I can do a sales pitch.
Ashton Deroy Writes:
Notice of edit by Re-branding: We no longer have a record of the original Blog post after editing it. This blog is being edited to be more pleasurable to the self-perception of the writer. Meaning that Ashton Deroy wants to convey a more professional & Socialist image. As a result, we are seeking to make blogs have depth rather than be the manifestation of a child’s temper tantrum. Which is a way I am comfortable describing the prior format to this blog post. In this blog, I do admit to developing suicidal ideation in my time working for StarTek. I believe that should be a statement on my mental capacity at the time of the very original version of this article and in relation to my feelings to this job. As you will read though I am working on taking massive steps to be more responsible without responding to legal intervention. Thankfully as of late, I have been granted a lot of freedom as a mental health blogger which has helped me calm down and accept past grievances.
Even After 5 years later & a return to Kingston Ontario. I still have a bad taste in my mouth when people mention my ex-employer StarTek. I mean I don’t know why? They were so “perfect” to me.
Listen the original to this article was a lot more abrasive but I am doing some image consideration at this time. This makes me think that as an ethical pursuit and also with the intention of seeking professional gains in the future and not harming a company. I will re-write this in the tone of a snappy ex-employee. Rather than a lunatic ranting over a bong which was how it was originally written.
To put this in Sustainable Business terms. This company is the definition of a Single bottom line company. There is no living wage, schedule consideration & their approach to mental health is laughable considering the damages they do to people’s lives. Yes, I hold them accountable for some unnecessary sacrifices by employees.
No living wage: The living wage at the time this in Kingston Ontario is $17.57. What is the hurt here? The hurt is the fact is a job like this puts people behind. Behind on retirement, behind on debts & behind on life experiences. The wage would be excusable in exchange for practical scheduling.
Scheduling: The bottom line on schedules is that families come FIRST! To do anything otherwise is to violate the standards for civil society. That is it… That is all. Not controversial, actually it was a Conservative value when I was a kid.
Mental Health: I told multiple staff members are StarTek that I was having suicidal ideation. There was no attempt at handling it. All call center mental health intervention attempts to this point have been laughable even by reasonable person’s standards.
There this is just the subject matter related to the perception of the events at time this blog is written about. Which would be the time I worked for StarTek after graduating St. Lawrence college some time ago.
